1¼ C. firmly packed brown sugar
⅔ C. butter or margarine
1⅓ C. Quaker Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
1 ⅓ C. all-purpose flour
½ C. sweet chocolate chips
½ C. chopped nuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
¾ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º F. Grease 9 X 13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat together sugar and butter until well blended.
3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
4. Spread into prepared pan.
5. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Cool; cut into bars.
