4 cups cut-up boneless chicken breasts
2 cups celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

For extra spice add, 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the bread crumbs, butter and cheese. Pour into a baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Toss the bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Can be reheated whenever a rescue interrupts.
