6-7 potatoes, pealed, diced and boiled until tender (Be careful not to overcook them)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. grated cheese
2/3 stick of butter
1 cup sour cream
6-8 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Drain potatoes. Stir all ingredients together except the cornflakes. Pour into casserole dish. Top casserole with cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This is good with the packaged "Real" bacon bits. You can leave the cornflakes off too.
