1 cup milk
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup corn meal
2 Tbsp. butter melted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a bowl and beat well. In a small fry pan, add a dab of butter and heat up on burner, medium-high. Put in enough batter to cover bottom of pan. Flip once and serve.
Add all favorite toppings: hamburger, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, onions, green pepper, sour cream, seasoned tomato sauce or salsa.
