8 raw jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced sweet onion
1/4 cup lemon butter sauce (see recipe in Dressings, Marinades, & Sauces section)
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (see recipe in Dressings, Marinades, & Sauces section)
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
2 cups cooked fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Sauté mushrooms, garlic, and onions in butter until transparent and tender. Add shrimp and cook until just pink. Add lemon butter sauce and heat over very low heat or sauce will break down. In a separate pan warm Alfredo sauce to just a simmer. Add cooked fettuccine noodles and toss gently. Plate pasta and top with the shrimp mixture. Top with Romano cheese.
