1 lb ground beef
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper
1 qt tomato juice
12 oz can tomato paste

2 eggs
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup parmesan cheese
24 oz cottage cheese

8-10 lasagne noodles
4 cups (2-8oz pkgs) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg pepperoni (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and add next six ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Beat eggs with fork and add next five ingredients. Cook noodles, drain and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking. Layer 1/2 the noodles in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with 1/2 the cheese mixture. Cover with 2 cups (8 oz pkg) mozzarella cheese. Top with 1/2 of the meat sauce. Add a layer of pepperoni if desired. Repeat the layers. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
