1 c. plain Greek yogurt
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 c. old fashioned oats
¼ c. brown sugar
1½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini, semi-sweet chocolate chips, blueberries or topping of your choice

Preheat oven to 400º and prepare a muffin pan. In food processor add all ingredients except toppings and blend until oats are ground fine and batter is smooth and creamy. Fill muffin tins ¾ full, add toppings and bake 15-20 minutes.
