1 lb sausage
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp RedHot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Remove from pan and set aside. Add butter to remaining sausage drippings. Mix in flour stirring until golden brown over medium heat. Whisk in milk until thick and bubbly making sure not to burn it. Add Worcestershire, RedHot, salt, and pepper. Return sausage to pan and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over biscuits or toast.
