1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate salmon in pineapple and lemon juice (minimum-1hr, max-3 hours).
Remove salmon from marinade, (discard marinade). Mix together remain ingredients and spread on top of fish.
Grill or Bake skin-side down @ 400 for 10-20 minutes depending on thickness of meat.
