2 EGGS
2 CUPS MILK
½ TSP SALT
10 OZ. GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
½ CUP FLOUR

350º 9X13" CASSEROLE DISH

REMOVE SEEDS FROM PEPPERS AND LINE BOTTOM OF CASSEROLE WITH PEPPERS.
SPREAD GRATED CHEESE OVER PEPPERS. IN BLENDER, MIX FLOUR, SALT, EGGS AND MILK UNTIL WELL BLENDED. POUR OVER CHILIES AND SHEESE AND BAKE 45-50 MINUTES.
