Personal Notes:
This is a simple and very good cookie recipe. I've been using it ever since I was a 10-year old girl after taking a cooking course while attending our local 4-H group,The Maple Lawn Lassies, back in 1958. It's always been a family favorite. Of course, I do add the raisens and pecans just because they taste so good! An oldie but a goodie!!!
