1 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups sugar
dash of salt
1 cup water
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar, and dash of salt in a saucepan. Add enough water to make a paste and then remainder of water stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
