12 oz can evaporated milk
12 oz pkg (2 cups) chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in saucepan to almost a boil. Add chocolate chips and stir constantly until chocolate is melted and the sauce is slightly thickened and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and add a dash of salt. Serve warm as a dipping sauce for fresh fruit, spoon over cake, or over ice cream.
