3/4 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups chopped fresh peaches
1 T (1 envelope Knox gelatin)
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup hot water
1 T lemon juice
1 dash salt
1/2 cup cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to peaches. Let stand 30 minutes. Soften gelatin in cold water. Add hot water. Cool. Add peaches and salt. Chill until partly set. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in 9" baked pie shell. Chill thoroughly.
