4 cups peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with orange juice. Combine flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is a coarse crumble. Spread over apples. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
