2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Walnuts, chopped

-Preheat Oven 375

-Stir dry ingredients together.
-In mixer, beat butter and shortening on medium speed.
-Add sugars until fluffy.
-Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
-Slowly add dry ingredients; beat until well combined.
-Stir in chips and nuts.

-Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
-Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
-Remove from sheet and cool on rack.

---Makes 5 1/2 dozen using Pampered Chefİ small scoop.
