2 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1 Stick Butter
3/4 Cup Milk
Pinch of Salt

1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Nuts, chopped
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
3 1/2 Cups Oats
1/2 Cup Coconut

Powder Sugar: For rolling cookies in

Directions:
Directions:
-In large sauce pan mix sugar, cocoa, salt, butter and milk over medium heat.
-Boil 6 minutes.
-Remove from stove.
-Add vanilla and oats; mix well.
-Add nuts, coconut, and peanut butter.
-Cool enough to handle.
-Mold into balls and roll in powder sugar.
-Let cool completely before storing.
