Ingredients:  
1 (7 oz) can red salmon flaked
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 c milk
1 egg
2 hard cooked eggs
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c chopped sweet pickles or olives

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly all ingredients except the eggs and pickles or olives. Place in a buttered loaf pan and bake in moderate oven (350F) for one hour or until the loaf becomes firm. Unmold on a platter. Garnish with eggs and stuffed olives or pickles.
