2 cups cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
2 cups cooked rice
2 small cans sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cans (10.4 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
3 oz. slivered almonds
2/3 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cups diced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice




Topping:
1 cup crushed potato chips

or

1 cup Panko bread crumbs
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except topping. Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Cover with crushed potato chips or bread crumbs browned in butter. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes or until bubbly on sides.
