4-1/2 cups sugar
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter
1 bar (12 oz.) Hershey chocolate
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
2-1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts

In saucepan, mix together sugar, milk and butter. Bring to boil over medium heat and boil EXACTLY 5 minutes. Start counting when it comes to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. In top of double boiler melt together chocolate bar and chocolate chips. Remove from heat and add marshmallow creme and nuts. Stir together and add sugar mixture. Pour into greased pans. Makes 5 lbs.
