1 (19-ounce) package brownie mix

Topping:

3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet real chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter
2 c. crisp rice cereal























Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch
jelly-roll pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over hot, partially baked bar. Heat chips, peanut butter and butter in 2- quart saucepan, over low heat, stirring
constantly, until melted. Remove from heat, stir in rice cereal. Spread over marshmallow. Cool completely. Cut into
bars with sharp, wet knife.

This is the original recipe. Since we do not eat rice cereal, I left it out and it is wonderful that
way also. Also, I microwave the chocolate, peanut butter, and butter together so it is faster. I also used a smaller pan (13 x 9 1/2) for the brownies and it came out fine. I haven't had anyone turn
these down yet.
