1 1/2 # sirloin or round steak cut into strips
Casserole:
1/3 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 sliced onion
1 sliced green pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
fresh mushrooms sautéed
3 T molasses
3 T soy sauce
1 pkg. French green beans partially cooked

Muffins:

1 1/4 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C milk
2 T oil
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
1. Place meat in 2 1/2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Toss to coat meat. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes.

2. Add onion, greenpepper, tomato, mushrooms, molasses and soy sauce. Mix. Cover and bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

3. Stir in beans. Dropy muffins by tablespoon onto hot mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seed. bake at 400 15-18 minutes.
