1 cup flour
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup unsalted butter
Milk



Filling:
5 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1-3/4 cups sugar
3 T. flour
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is fine particles. Add enough milk until dough is just moist enough to hold together. Form into a ball and press evenly over bottom and up the sides of 9 inch springform pan. Chill while preparing filling. Cream the cream cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add flour, lemon zest, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in heavy cream. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 500ºF for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 200ºF and bake for 65 to 70 minutes until filling is set and a light golden brown. Cool and chill several hours or overnight.
