1 T. butter
1/2 cup Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 T. chopped pecans
2 T. apple juice or water
1 round (8 oz.) Brie cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. In 8 inch skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add apple, cranberries, brown sugar pecans and apple juice; cook 3 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring frequently. Cut Brie round in half horizontally; place bottom half in ungreased 9 inch pie pan. Spoon half the fruit mixture over cheese; place top half of cheese over fruit. Top with remaining fruit mixture. Secure with 3 toothpicks. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is soft. Serve warm with baguette slices, apple slices and assorted crackers.
