10-12 whole graham crackers
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan with graham crackers (broken in quarters). Pan must have at least 1/2 inch raised sides to hold mixture. Bring butter and sugar to a full boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, then add pecans, and quickly spoon hot mixture evenly over graham crackers. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove immediately to wax paper to cool.
