1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (14 oz.) can water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded Parmesan-romano cheese
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
10 oz. prepared alfredo sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
Pinch of pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread into and 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and melted. Serve with chips and bread.

Similar to hot artichoke dip served at several chain restaurants. Easy to make and very good.
