1 cup pecan pieces, finely chopped
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp salt

1-½ cup powdered sugar for coating

Directions:
Directions:
With an electric mixer, beat the butter, powdered sugar, 1 cup flour, vanilla and salt. Stir in the nuts and the remaining 1 cup of flour. Form a ball and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Divide into 1 inch balls and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350º

Leave on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Once cooled, roll them in powdered sugar.
