1 frying chicken cut up
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
salt & pepper, to taste
1 package Italian salad dressing mix (dry)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed mushroom soup, undiluted
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup sauterne or sherry
1 Tbsp. chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and pat dry. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in Crock Pot.
Sprinkle dry salad mix over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. About 45 minutes before serving, mix soup, cream cheese, wine and onion in small saucepan. Cook until smooth. Pour over chicken in pot. Cover and cook 30 minutes on low. Serve.

Serve with rice or noodles.
