3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
2 cups chow mein noodles, chopped
1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheets with waxed paper. Place all chips in microwave-safe bowl. Use 50% power and melt at 30 second intervals, stirring after each heat. Be VERY careful not to overheat chocolate. Stir in noodles and peanuts. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Allow to harden. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Note: For a change, you can substitute white chocolate chips for all of the chips, substitute pecans for peanuts and add 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries.
