3 C Cooked Mashed Sweet Potatoes
¾ C Sugar
2 Eggs
⅓ C Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Topping Ingredients:
½ C packed Brown Sugar
¼ C Flour
2½ TBS Frozen Butter
½ C Chopped Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix filling ingredients together, pour into greased casserole dish.

Mix topping ingredients together, mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.

Time saver.....You can bake the Sweet Potatoes in the microwave and then mash them.
