6 Roma tomatoes
1 medium onion
2 cups fresh Cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Pepper, to taste
Jalapenos, to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Seed tomatoes and cut into bite sized pieces.

Mince onion into bite size pieces and dice Cilantro into small pieces and add to cut tomatoes.

If also using jalapenos, finely chop and add to tomato mixture.

Squeeze juice of 1 lime over tomato mixture, pepper to taste.

Put in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
