1-1/2 cup sugar
3 T quick cooking tapioca
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 lb cut rhubarb (3 cups)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Combine ingredients and let stand 20 minutes. Prepare crust. Line 9" pie plate and fill with fruit. Dab with butter or oleo and top crust.

Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º for 35-40 minutes.
