1 unbaked pie shell
3 medium zucchini (4 if small)
3 T butter or margarine
1/2 pressed garlic clove
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/8 tsp pepper
2 beaten eggs
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, cubed
2 T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º to 350º

Saute zucchini in margarine. Allow to cool. Add garlic, salt, dill weed and pepper. Beat eggs with dry ingredients. Gently add zucchini. Top with cubed cheese and parsley.

Bake 45-50 minutes.
