1 Box Jiffy Cornbread mix - Baked as directed
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 Tomato, diced
2 TBS Green Onions, chopped
1 Cucumber, diced
1 C Cucumber Ranch Salad Dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Bake Cornbread as directed. Cool and then crumble.
Mix in vegetables.
Mix in salad dressing.

If you can't find Cucumber Ranch Salad Dressing you can use regular Ranch.
