3 # cubed steaks
2 eggs beaten
2/3 C grated parmesan cheese
2/3 C fine dry bread crumbs
2/3 C oil
2 medium onions minced. 2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
4 C hot water
1 # mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pound cubed steaks to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into pieces.

2. Dip meat in egg and roll in mixture of parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

3. Heat oil and brown steaks. Lay in shallow dish.

4. In same skillet, brown onion. Stir in salt, pepper, sugar and tomato paste. Add hot water stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes.

5. Pour most of sauce over meat. Top with mozzarella chees and remaining sauce.

6. Bake in 350 oven about an hour or until tender. Serve with or without spaghetti.
