2 CUPS REGULAR ROLLED OATS
1/2 CUP COARSELY CHOPPED PECANS
1/3 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
DASH OF NUTMEG
DASH SALT

1/4 CUP BUTTER
2 TABLESPOONS HONEY

1/2 CUP DRIED FRUIT (raisins, red cherries, blueberries, cranberries, snipped apples or apricots)

Lightly grease 15x10x1 inch baking pan: set aside
In a large bowl, combine the oats, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt; set aside

In a small saucepan heat butter and honey over medium hat until butter melts. Stirring.
Drizzle over the oats mixture: toss to coat. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake in a 300 degree over 20 minutes or until light born, stirring after 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and add dried fruit

Spread granola on a large piece of foil to cool. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
