1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP GROUND CINNAMON
1/2 TSP GROUND CLOVES
1/4 TSP SALT
3 LARGE EGGS
1 C SUGAR
1 C PECANS CHOPPED

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375º

GREASE A JELLY ROLL PAN AND LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER

SPRINKLE A KITCHEN TOWEL WITH POWDERED SUGAR

COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, CINNAMON, CLOVES AND SALT IN SMALL BOWL. BEAT EGGS AND SUGAR IN LARGE MIXING BOWL UNTIL THICK. BEAT IN PUMPKIN.
STIR IN FLOUR MIXTURE, SPREAD EVENLY INTO JELLY ROLL PAN, SPRINKLE WITH NUTS

BAKE 13-15 MIN, IMMEDIATELY TURN ONTO KITCHEN TOWEL,
CAREFULLY PULL OFF PAPER AND ROLL UP, STARTING WITH NARROW END

PLACE ON WIRE RACK TO COOL

1 C SIFTED POWDERED SUGAR
6 TBSP BUTTER
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
POWDERED SUGAR

BEAT CREAM CHEESE,POWDERED SUGAR, BUTTER AND VANILLA IN SMALL MIXER BOWL
UNTIL SMOOTH.CAREFULLY UNROLL CAKE, REMOVE TOWEL. SPREAD CREAM MIXTURE OVER CAKE, RE ROLL

WRAP IN PLASTIC AND REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 1 HOUR
