1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter (softened)
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crust
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Pound Cream Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Blend with fork: sugar, butter and graham cracker crumbs to make crust. You can also buy a pre-made 9" graham cracker crust.

Blend in blender 1 minute: 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 cup sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla. Add 1 pound cream cheese in one inch chunks, one piece at a time. At the end, blend for two minutes adding 2 tsp. melted butter.

Pour into pan (with crust). Bake 45 minutes - turn to broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Watch not to burn when broiling. After cooling, refrigerate until served.
