Ingredients:  
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package dry couscous
salt to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups water.
1/3 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 T. olive oil in casserole dish. Add 1 pkg. dry couscous, stir. Add salt to taste. Add minced garlic clove. Add 2 cups boiling water. Cover; let sit 5 minutes.
Add 1/3 stick butter. Stir to combine.
Remove lid and bake in oven at 200 for about 15 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.

Terry learned to make this in Europe and often made it for the kids.
