1/2 cup flour (more or less)
salt, pepper
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve about 1/4 cup of the oil used to cook the meat. Once it is very hot again, add about 1/2 cup flour, salt, and pepper. (Can use the mixture you used to coat the meat if you sift it.) Stir until mixed and bubbling. Reduce heat and add milk (about a cup, but may need more) Cook and stir until thickened as desired. Serve over meat and mashed potatoes.
