1 box cake mix--any kind or flavor
2 cups sour cream
2 cups sugar
i can shredded, sweetened, coconut
1 medium carton Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Cook cake and let cool. Slice into 4 layers. (Can use thread to slice the layers)
Mix sour cream, sugar, and coconut. Use 2/3 of the mixture between the layers of the cake.
Add the Cool Whip to the remainder of the sour cream, sugar, coconut mixture and use it to frost the cake.
