Directions:
Pre cook 3 medium potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick - not done. Put half of potatoes in baking dish. Use one large slices of cubed ham cut in pieces. Place half of ham over sliced potatoes. Add rest of potatoes on ham then a layer of ham. On each layer sprinkle 1/4 c. brown sugar and a little mustard. Add enough milk just to cover. Bake one hour 350 degrees or until brown on top. Add a thickening to make gravy.
