2 1/2 - 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up or choice chicken pieces
oil for browning
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. white wine
Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken pieces in oil; place in baking dish. Mix together soup mix, soup and wine. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. If desired remove cover the last 15 mintues.
