8 eggs, separated
½ c. sugar

8 yolks
½ c. sugar
½ c. oil
1 ¼ c. potato starch
2 T. vanilla sugar
1 T. lemon juice

Topping:
less than 1 c. ground nuts
1 T. cinnamon
2 T. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Beat whites until snow and add sugar. Mix yolks with sugar, oil, potato starch, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.Fold snow into yolks. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake @350º until ready.
