1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Pinch of crushed red pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend to desired consistency. The leftovers freeze well in a Ziploc bag.
