1 cup shrimp
1/2 cup ham
2 eggs
2 tablespoons green peas
1 small carrot, shredded
1/2 small onion, shredded
2-3 mushrooms, shredded
2 cups cooked rice
1 tablespoon shredded green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan, pour in the beaten egg and stir fry quickly until eggs are in tiny pieces. Remove from pan.
Heat another 2 tablespoons oil, stir fry ham and shrimp, add carrot, onion, mushroom and green peas. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Heat another 2 tablespoons oil in frying pan. Fry the green onion, eggs (ones you stir-fried) and cooked rice, mix well.
Add the meat and vegetable mixture. Combine well and add soy sauce to taste. .
