1 lb. Cleaned shrimp, Halved
lengthwise
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c diagonally sliced celery
2 c sliced onion
1 quart (8oz.) fresh spinach
1 can (16oz.) mixed Chinese veg.
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ c spy sauce
1 ¼ c chicken broth
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large skillet, Saute’ shrimp in butter until shrimp turn pink.
Add celery and onions, cook stirring 2 minutes.
Add spinach and Chinese vegetables which have been drained and rinsed.
Cover and cook 1 minute.
Blend pepper, soy sauce, chicken broth and cornstarch.
Cook, stirring until sauce is clear and thickened.
Serve over rice
