2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup heavy whipped cream, whipped
4 apples, cut up and salted
4 stalks celery, sliced
2 cups pineapple, cut in chunks
pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
To make dressing: Combine sugar and flour. Add remaining ingredients except whipped cream. Cook until thick. Can be refrigerated 2 or 3 days ahead.
To serve, cut up apples, celery, pineapple. Add nuts. Add prepared dressing. Fold in whipped cream.
