1 stick butter
1 cup plain flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
sweetened fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Put 1 stick butter in pan 13 x 9 x 2) Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk. Pour over melted butter. Pour sweetened fruit over butter and bake about 1 hour. (45 minutes my oven).

Use canned cherries, peaches, apples - sweeten fruit more.
