1 lrg. bag country hash browns - thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 T. parsley
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheese (4 cheese mix)
1 c. garlic & onion croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups & butter. Add parsley & sour cream. Add onion. Stir in thawed potatoes. Stir in ¾ bag of the cheese. Crush croutons and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a casserole dish at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
